Katie Croft Insurance office is located in downtown Kilgore. I work with clients throughout all of Gregg, Smith, VanZandt, Wood, Rusk, Upshur and the surrounding areas. With almost a decade in the industry, I have experienced many situations and aspects that have seasoned me and helped me to understand the vast differences in each and every client's needs and situations. I spent several years as a captive agent, working with one company; and have over the last 2 years been learning as much as I could about the Independent world. I am very excited to be able to offer multiple options and allow the customer to not have to call multiple companies, or have their phone ringing off the hook after requesting a quote.
